Do your courses require hands-on practice?
No. Our courses are designed for professionals who use CPR on a regular basis. We do not require you to practice your skills in order to receive a certification card.
What does it cost to take your courses?
Our course costs are competitive with the market. See our current prices on the home page of this website for the latest.
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
How long does the certification last?
Each of our CPR certifications and First Aid certifications are good for two years.
Our Bloodborne Pathogens certification course is good for one year.
Can I skip straight to the test without taking the training?
Yes you can. If you are in a profession that uses CPR at a high frequency, you likely know the material so well that you may not need to review the training content. You can always get back to the training material if you need to review for updates and other areas where you may not be as strong.
How many questions are on the final test?
The number of questions varies based on the complexity of the course. Our tests range from 10-30 questions and typically take students between 5 and 10 minutes to complete.
What if I fail the test?
If you fail the test, we recommend that you review the training materials for those topics before re-taking the test. You get unlimited retries to pass.
How long is each course?
The amount of time to take the course depends largely on your prior knowledge of the material. Courses typically take 10-15 minutes to review the content and another 5-10 minutes to complete the exam.
